We want you to love the items you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 14-day return window to create a return. Return instructions can be found at the end of this article.
14-day Returns
- We have a 14-day return window for all items on our site (excluding items discounted 25% or more, this includes BOGOs and mystery items). This return window begins once your package has been delivered to you.
- In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, an item is damaged in any way, an item was misprinted, crooked or the design started to peel off in the first wash, please submit a ticket to our Support Team at support@godinspires.co! by sending a photo of the whole item and a close up on the error so we can look further into it and send a free replacement as soon as possible (Failure to notify our Support Team of this within the first 7 days will cause your item to be subject to our Returns Policy along with any costs that may be associated with a denied return.)
Return standards and conditions
We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges! Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes. Please note that each purchase is eligible for a one-time exchange only due to items being made to order.
If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued. By adding return items to your return, you are verifying that you have (1) received the items selected to return and (2) intend to return the selected items.
We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any water bottles, face masks, or socks for hygiene reasons.
Any returns that are delivered outside of 14 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Meaning, your return should be sent within the first 10 days so it can arrive to us in the next other 3-4 days. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly.
If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
- Items with piling may be subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted if you wish to return any item(s) for a refund or in case of cancellation after 24 hours of placing your order. This fee helps cover the costs associated with materials and production processes that have already been initiated by the time of cancellation.
Can sale items be returned?
Any items discounted 25% or more (including BOGOs) are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, but they're eligible for exchange only. Items discounted less than 25% are welcome to be returned within our 14-day window. Please make sure to send your package to:

Include a note with saying 'Exchange to 'X' size' or 'Refund', along with the order number, name used on the order, email address, and the packing slip that it was included. This way we'll be able to identify your order and proceed with the next step. We highly recommend USPS to get your return shipping label as other shipping couriers are more expensive. Once you get your tracking number from USPS, send us a photo of it or the tracking number to our email with the subject line "Refund" or "Exchange".
After your package was received, we'll review it, and if approved, we'll proceed to place a new order with your desired size or issue you a refund to your primary method of payment. In case of a refund, please allow it 1-3 business for the money to reflect back on your account.
